Google Sheets Setup

Create your Google Sheet

Create a new Google Sheet. The app will automatically create a sheet tab called Tax Invoices with the right column headers on first use.

Copy the Sheet ID from the URL:

Deploy Google Apps Script (one-time)

This script acts as a secure bridge — it writes to your sheet using your Google account. No OAuth needed for your team.

Steps:

1. Open your Google Sheet → click Extensions → Apps Script
2. Delete any existing code and paste the script below
3. Click Deploy → New deployment → Web app
4. Set Execute as: Me | Who has access: Anyone
5. Click Deploy → copy the Web App URL → paste below
